The photo etching pins offer a method has soft enamel filled at economical cost. Using the 0.8mm thickness of brass plate, each design is acid-etched to get the fine detail. The color follows the "Pantone Color Formula Guide". The brass plate is processed by hand-filling soft enamel, and then being baked in the oven for durability. The following processes include: polishing, welding attachment and electroplating. Finally, the epoxy dome is applied to protect the finish. (Logos, designs shown are for reference only.)
